BATS Equipment Requests

Need tech support for your BENSON event?

This form is for Benson related events only that have audio and/or visual needs.

To request equipment and operational services, please complete the BATS Equipment and Services form below a minimum of 3 school days prior to the event. Request received less than 3 days of the event may not be fulfilled.

When making your requests, please keep in mind that the BATS and their adviser perform these services on a volunteer basis and may not be always available. A confirmation email of services will be sent to you within 3 to 5 days.
